Is the system valid and reliable?

Yes. Unlike other IMU based systems, OUTPUT has been developed over 10 years of scientific research using gold-standard biomechanical lab equipment to test and train our algorithms. This means all our modules have strong validity, reliability and accuracy. More details on our research and accuracy can be seen on our validation page.

Is there a minimum number of devices I need to buy?

No! You can have as many or as few OUTPUT units as makes sense for your team or facility. For optimum flow and speed, somewhere between 1-5 athletes per sensor achieves great results. You can scale OUTPUT economically to suit your needs. You can always add more sensors to your package as your needs grow.

How many athlete licenses do I get?

The number of athlete licenses or profiles you get depends on the package you choose. We have a range of packages to suit your needs. If you require more athlete licenses contact a performance specialist who can tailor a package to suit your needs.

How long is my initial subscription?

There are two subscriptions options you can choose from; monthly or annual. The monthly plan allows you to pay monthly with a 12-month minimum commitment. The annual plan allows you to prepay 12 months of subscription with a generous discount. When your initial subscription is over, your plan will renew on the same terms.

Can I buy the device without a subscription?

To use OUTPUT optimally you require a software subscription. Our software packages support your access to the latest analytics, reporting and programming functionality. We continually add new features and functionality into the mobile app and Performance Management Platform to enhance your experience without the need to buy new hardware. There are some great value plans to get started, which cost less than a cup of coffee a day.

Can I pay without a credit card?

We currently offer custom billing for our customers on our Advanced plans. If you have specific billing requirements please contact our Customer Support team.

Can I upgrade, downgrade and cancel?

You can alter your software subscription as your needs change. All monthly packages come with a minimum 12-month commitment. You can always switch to an annual plan to lock in savings. You can cancel anytime after your initial term by contacting customer support.

Does the device come with a warranty?

Yes. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault with the sensor, we offer an extended 2-year warranty on all our hardware.

How many sensors are recommended for team-based training environments?

You can have as many or as few OUTPUT units as makes sense for your team or facility. For optimum flow and speed, somewhere between 1-5 athletes per sensor achieves great results. Many teams use one sensor per athlete to capture and record data away from the training facilities.

Do you offer trials?
