WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We and/or our third party marketing partners may use the personal information you send to us for our marketing purposes, if this is in accordance with your marketing preferences. Fulfill and manage your orders. We may use your information to fulfill and manage your orders, payments, returns, and exchanges made through the Sites or Apps.
To post testimonials. We post testimonials on our Sites or Apps that may contain personal information. Prior to posting a testimonial, we will obtain your consent to use your name and testimonial. To protect our Sites. We may use your information as part of our efforts to keep our Sites or Apps safe and secure (for example, for fraud monitoring and prevention).
For other Business Purposes. We may use your information for other Business Purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our Sites or Apps, products, services, marketing and your experience.
To fulfil services. We may also collect, store and analyse information (including personal and athletic performance data) about individuals (such as athletes) whose personal data is processed by Output Sports during the provision of the Services to its customers (“Customer Data”). This information is controlled by Output Sport’s customers and is processed by Output Sports in accordance with the agreement for Services (“Customer Agreement”). To the extent that Output Sports collects, stores and analyses Customer Data, Output Sports does so on behalf of its customers and is a “data processor” only. If Customer Data includes your personal data or you are using the Services by invitation of a Output Sports customer, whether that customer is your employer, team, another organization, or an individual, Output Sports collects, stores, and analyses your personal data on behalf of its customer. That customer will determine its own policies regarding the treatment of Customer Data which may apply to your use of the Services. Please check with the customer about the policies it has in place.
To provide, update, and improve our Services. This includes use of Output Sports Data to support delivery of the Services under a Customer Agreement, prevent or address service errors, security or technical issues, analyse and monitor usage, trends and other activities. We also use de-personalised and aggregated data generated by our customers’ use of our Services to better understand how customers are using the Services in order to improve them. This processing of Output Sports Data is required as a matter of contractual necessity.

WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH ANYONE?

We have implemented similar appropriate safeguards with our third party service providers and partners and further details can be provided upon request.

HOW AND FOR HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
