About the Speaker

Kyle Jacksic
Director of Athletic Performance

Kyle Jacksic is the current Director of Athletic Performance at Charlotte Christian School. Prior to his role at CCS, he held the position of Director at Ardrey Kell High School, one of the largest high schools in the United States. In this role, he was directly responsible for the programming of over 800 student-athletes, showcasing his expertise and leadership in the field. Kyle also serves as the NHSSCA North Carolina State Director.

Missy Mitchell-McBeth
Owner of SaFe Iron

Missy is a strength and conditioning coach with over 19 years of experience at both the high school and collegiate levels. She is the founder of SaFe Iron, LLC, dedicated to simplifying strength and conditioning for sport coaches. Currently serving as the Director of Sports Performance for Fieldhouse Volleyball Club, she also holds the role of Texas Assistant Sales and Business Development Director at Power Lift USA and oversees the Southwest Region on the board of the NHSSCA. Missy has a Master's in Exercise Physiology and certifications including CSCS, SCCC, USAW, and FRCms. Previous roles include Head Strength Coach at Byron Nelson High School and Senior Assistant Strength Coach at TCU.
